Suitable for Demanding Applications
AMP590033H amplifies signals in the frequency range 5 MHz … 900 MHz. It features high linearity, a low noise figure and high gain. This amplifier is especially designed for use as a booster module in VHF/UHF applications as well as in physical experiments dealing with quantum optics. An internal highpass filter located at the input of the amplifier avoids influences of signals in the low frequency range.
Designed for Practical Use
As the AMP590033H is designed as a module, it can be operated in multiple ways, for example as laboratory equipment or in devices. Its case is made of aluminium and offers passive cooling. For operation at room temperature, the amplifier does not require any active cooling. As a result, AMP590033H is a compact amplifier for versatile use making additional effort of cooling unnecessary. It also offers a wide DC supply range from +11 V to +28 V for versatile use.
This amplifier module is equipped with a straight power connector. For use in flat devices (1 U), AMP590033H is also available with an angled power connector.
Robust at all Points
This amplifier module offers excellent RF characteristics covered in compact and robust module design. In addition to the solid design of the mechanics, the amplifier is also resistant against mismatches which can occur in operation with complex loads. In physical experiments, this feature is of particular importance. AMP590033H offers reverse polarity protection as well.
